Waste pendant light 2021

Progressing into lighting from my existing texture experiments was an exciting step to take at the start of this year. I was unsure if any light would shine through the textures created by placing food waste into earthenware during casting, but I was so happy to see it did! I did experiment with porcelain and bone china too but achieved the desired effect in earthenware, something which I’m really happy about.
